Greek and Hebrew for students pursuing seminary or a future in Bible translation.
The Biblical Languages Program consists of three years of biblical Greek and one year of Hebrew. While receiving a broad education in Scripture, theology, and Bible backgrounds, these students also dive deeply into the Bible’s original languages, allowing them to engage directly with the original text without the buffer of an English translation.
Students desiring to understand Scripture more accurately with thorough knowledge of Greek and Hebrew will benefit greatly from this program. By studying the Bible in its original languages, students gain a more precise picture of the authors’ intentions and a deeper understanding of how the Old and New Testaments work together in context.
