Off-Campus Housing

Qualifications & Application Process: Off-Campus

All students requesting to live off campus must submit an electronic application, available online through masters.erezlife.com.

A student living with parents, a married student, a student who begins college at 22 years old or older, an academic senior, or a student who has already lived six semesters on the Master’s campus. Being qualified for consideration, however, does not guarantee approval.

The Dean of Men/Women and Resident Directors will carefully consider each submitted application, taking into consideration the student’s reputation. All applications for off-campus housing must be submitted online through https://masters.erezlife.com no later than August 1st for the Fall semester.
Please allow two weeks for processing. No student can move off campus once a semester has begun by the housing contract unless written permission is given for the Dean’s Office.
Approval for Off-campus housing is granted from semester to semester and the Housing Committee reserves the right to approve or not approve requests to live off campus. Any student not approved for Off-Campus housing is required to live in TMU-provided On-Campus housing in agreement with their enrollment.

Community Car Wash

Off-campus puts on a car wash each semester for free for the local community. This is a great way they serve their neighbors and the TMU staff and students. OC students enjoy building community together as they spend the day together in the sunshine.

Luau

Come and share a meal and some friendship with your local off-campus friends.

Classy Off Campus

A chapel day where all the off-campus students dress up fancy and come to class and chapel.

Parking

Off-campus students must purchase an off-campus commuter parking permit specifically for parking on the lower campus during their classes.

Wyatt Kennedy

Wyatt Kennedy graduated from TMU with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology in 2024 and is now enrolled at The Master’s Seminary. Before becoming a Resident Director, he served as a pastoral intern at Grace Community Church, assisting pastors and elders with preaching, serving, and organizing events like Camp Regeneration. Wyatt and his family attend Grace Community Church, where they serve in high school ministry. He and his wife Gracie have one son, born in December 2025. Wyatt enjoys spending time with Gracie, having quiet nights playing games, laughing, or watching movies. He loves sports, especially golf, and spends free time reading or visiting family nearby. His favorite book of the Bible is John!

Off Campus Women's Resident Director

Morgan Fay

Morgan is a 2017 TMU grad with a degree in elementary education. During her time at TMU she led a GO trip to Cambodia and served on SLS. After graduation, Morgan went on to get her teaching credential and then spent time working at private and charter schools. Morgan has a strong desire to disciple younger women, teaching and growing alongside them to know and love Jesus Christ more. Her favorite Bible verse is Philippians 1:21.
