After completing the traditional 4 year, or accelerated 3 year, undergraduate program, students then complete the year-long credential program. This is an in-person, project-based cohort program where each student is partnered with two mentor teachers, working in their classrooms from the start of the program. After gaining real-world teaching experience, students also have the option to complete the M.Ed program, a 100% online graduate degree that consists of 5 additional classes that can be completed while working full-time. Those who complete the M.Ed program bring additional skills and expertise to their teaching and generally receive a higher teacher’s salary.
