Management

Overview
Students pursuing this emphasis will study the functions that managers perform, as well as the conceptual framework of organizations working to achieve common goals and objectives. Students surpass basic understanding of management and are taught quick decision-making, critical thinking, and analytical approaches, essential for going into management. Graduates may enter career paths in general management or, with further graduate studies, join one of the specialized management fields. Management students are taught to take on various roles in the business community with a Christ-like attitude and demeanor. Alongside building the needed skill sets, students learn how to be a witness for God through every interaction with their employers and people working under them.
