With over 45 years of experience, Dwight Ham has consistently driven positive change, elevating organizations and optimizing business and financial operations across a wide range of industries, including financial services, banking, business equipment systems, and broadcast technology. Dr. Ham has held key leadership roles such as CFO, COO, and board member, overseeing financial reporting, accounting, profit and loss management, and operations.
He dedicated 14 years to the banking industry and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Bank of Santa Clarita. Additionally, he contributed to an engineering electronics firm specializing in designing and manufacturing underwater electrical systems for challenging offshore environments. Dr. Ham is also a partner in a company that markets environmental maintenance products nationwide, primarily serving the restaurant industry.
His expertise extends to facilitating business sales and negotiating international business transactions. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dr. Ham serves on the Independent Citizen’s Advisory and Oversight Committee for the Los Angeles METRO and is a past member of Financial Executives International. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), accredited by the Institute of Management Accounting (IMA), a leading association for accountants and financial professionals in business.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Dr. Ham has a strong background in ministry and counseling. He has taught in the adult singles ministry and leverages his Master’s in Biblical Counseling from The Master’s University to provide guidance in marriage and single life.
Dr. Ham married his college sweetheart, Kathy, over 47 years ago. They have two married sons and five grandchildren, forming a family legacy built on faith and commitment.
