Electrical Engineering

The Electrical Engineering emphasis is designed to give students majoring in computer science more extensive preparation in the electrical engineering aspects of computer hardware. This emphasis and the computer engineering major have some overlap but different orientations. This emphasis focuses upon computer science with some exposure to electrical engineering, while the computer engineering major focuses upon electrical engineering with some exposure to computer science.
