Last week during chapel, senior pastor at First Baptist Church in Mustang, OK Michael Staton preached from Psalm 130 on the proper response to divine forgiveness: the fear of the Lord.

Chapel is ...a vital part of The Master’s University, complementing a student’s academic and spiritual experience, and providing the campus community with a dynamic worship experience. This semester, the TMU theater program will be putting on a stage production of “The Curious Savage”.

There will be six showings that will take place on October 18th, 19th, 25th, and 26th.

“I love The Curious Savage because it is funny and quirky and all of that - set in a ...sanatorium where Mrs. Savage is being confined because her step children want her fortune. But also, it offers considerations of themes that are just as pertinent (and Biblical!) today as they were when it was written in the 1950’s – the value of kindness, humility, truth, honesty, and friendship contrasted with the folly of greed, selfishness, and dishonesty.
