The Master’s University’s 100th incoming class will also be one of its largest ever.
The 430 new students expected to arrive this month mark the fifth time in the past six years that TMU has broken 400 newcomers, and the University’s total traditional undergraduate student body this semester will be approximately 1,200.
The Lord blessed TMU with a wave of increased enrollment beginning in 2019, and the University has seen several record-breaking incoming classes since then.
This year’s incoming class will arrive on Saturday, Aug. 22, with continuing students arriving Aug. 29 ahead of the start of classes the following Monday and in time for the start of TMU’s Centennial celebration this fall.
This year, TMU’s 1,200 traditional on-campus students will represent 43 states and 27 countries, with a 50/50 split of men and women. This year’s student body saw over $35 million in financial aid disbursed, and they will be arriving on campus from about 700 different churches around the world.
But though they come from a variety of backgrounds, these students are united in their convictions. All incoming students affirm TMU’s doctrinal statement, and they overwhelmingly point to TMU’s commitment to Christ and Scripture as the driving reason behind their desire to attend.

“Every student provides a pastor’s recommendation, affirms TMU’s doctrinal statement, and — my personal favorite to read through — writes a testimony of faith outlining our Savior’s grace and love to them in their salvation,” said Dariu Dumitru, TMU’s vice president of enrollment and marketing. “Because at TMU, we are all uncompromisingly committed to Christ and to the sufficiency, inerrancy, and authority of Scripture.”
