Dr. John MacArthur's Enduring Legacy at TMU

On Saturday, Aug. 23, we gathered to celebrate the life of our chancellor and longtime president, Dr. John MacArthur. For 40 years, he strengthened and protected TMU’s biblical convictions — that Christ is to be honored in all things and that Scripture is sufficient, authoritative, and inerrant.

Dr. MacArthur’s legacy continues in our mission and in the lives of our faculty, staff, students, and alumni shaped by his leadership and ministry. By God’s grace, we resolve to remain faithful to that legacy until Christ returns.
