TMU’s Mechanical Engineering program is for students who are called to learn how to analyze, apply, and advance technology for the honor of Christ and Scripture and for the good of all creation. Graduates are prepared for in-demand careers in a wide range of industries, including architectural, engineering, machinery, and aerospace manufacturing, a wide range of scientific R&D services, and engineering management. They are also given a strong foundation for pursuing graduate (MSE, M.Sc.Eng. or MScEng) degrees. TMU’s engineering programs are developed with intent to achieve ABET accreditation.
Our goal in the Department of Engineering and Computer Science is to prepare students to excel in an increasingly complex technical world while living lives that glorify God. We equip our students with both theoretical and practical knowledge in their fields, and we teach everything from a thoroughly biblical worldview. Our graduates are prepared to enter a diverse array of future careers with the necessary discernment to think deeply and work intelligently as Christian professionals.
