Professor Woolworth began instructing at The Master’s University in 2015 as an adjunct in the Computer & Information Sciences Department. Prior to arriving at TMU for the MABC program, she taught computer science and math courses at both the high school and collegiate level in her home state of Hawaii. She loves instructing and breaking down complex concepts to make them more accessible to others, and treasures the “aha!” moment when it all suddenly makes sense.
Professor Woolworth also served for 12 years in the United States Air Force, Hawaii Air National Guard, in the 291st Combat Communications Squadron as a network administrator and later as a Cyber Operations Officer. God blessed her with many opportunities in training and service to learn about cybersecurity, natural disaster response, management, and leadership.
Professor Woolworth and her husband Weston enjoy coaching TMU’s programming team, drinking coffee, discussing favorite epic fantasy novels, fellowshipping with their life group at Faith Community Church, and dabbling in different hobbies. They are enjoying married life together and looking forward to someday, Lord willing, starting a family and adopting a few cats.
