SANTA CLARITA, Calif. – The Master’s College volleyball program is proud to announce the signing of Maryah Richberg from Newhall, California.

Richberg joins Amy King and Syndey Hamilton as Indians who now look to play collegiate volleyball at The Master’s College in 2013.

Commenting on her decision to attend The Master’s College, Richberg stated “I’m looking forward to growing in my relationship with the Lord and playing alongside a group of girls who want to glorify God.”

“It is awesome to see such a special group of local talent take interest in The Master’s College,” said Mustang volleyball head coach Bobby Blanken. “Maryah is a great kid with a wonderful sense of humor. I can’t wait to see how she will make this team and campus more lively and spirited!”

Richberg enters the Lady Mustang Volleyball program with one simple goal: continue to grow into the bestBlankenRichberg.jpgathlete she can possibly be.

Coach Blanken plans on having Richberg assist the squad at the middle blocker position.

TMC went 27-8 in 2012, finishing 10-4 and in third place in the GSAC. For the first time ever, the Lady Mustangs qualified for the NAIA National Tournament, making it as far as the first round of single-elimination play before being ousted by Oklahoma Baptist.

Blanken and his staff now looks to August where they will write another chapter in TMC Volleyball history.
