Jess Arnds - Smith Hall (Men)

Jess earned his undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling in 2006.  After a few years working various jobs, he decided to pursue ministry and came back to TMC as a Resident Director in 2009. He currently oversees the dorm known as “CDub” and is pursuing a Masters of Divinity at The Master’s Seminary.  He is joined by his wife, Melissa (also a TMC grad), their daughter, Felicity (born in 2009) and their son, John (born in 2012).

Jennifer Kintner - Sweazy Hall

Jenn has enjoyed being a part of The Master’s College for the last twelve years: first as a student, then as the Israel Bible Extension volunteer, and now as a staff member. She first joined the staff as the Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Student Life. After serving in that capacity for three years, she transitioned to her current position. She enjoys the mix of fun and service that comes with 88 women living in one building. Some of Sweazy’s favorite traditions are Fall Fest, Bigger and Better, Ritz Blitz, and Pizza in the Park. It is her joy to have the opportunity to work so closely with the students in Sweazy Hall and to see God at work in them growing and developing their love for Jesus Christ more and more. She is a member at Grace Baptist Church and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Jake Ebner - Slight Hall

Now in his fifth year as the RD of Slight Hall, Jake is honored to have the opportunity to speak into the lives of students alongside a great team of faculty and staff. Jake’s wife was an RD (for the CDub Women) from 2007-2009 and he thoroughly enjoyed the ministry position from that vantage point as well. He attends Grace Community Church and is thankful to be a part of the Doulos Fellowship. Slight has a tradition every Tuesday night where the men of the dorm flock to Jake's apartment to eat Mancakes (pancakes which are manly) and compete in wing challenges including feats of strength, wit and skill.

Jake enjoys spending time with his wife Meredith and their daughter Karis, playing sports, attending The Master’s Seminary, and refurbishing and selling antiques.

Hannah Johnson- Hotchkiss Hall (Women)

Hannah earned her undergraduate degree from The Master’s College in 2007 in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling. She comes from the Sacramento area, where she was recently living while working at her local church. When the opportunity to serve the Lord in full-time ministry at the college arose, Hannah eagerly pursued the prospect to live in life-on-life ministry with college-aged girls. She considers it a privilege to return to the place where her own heart and life were impacted in so many ways. She loves the relationships she has begun to develop and now calls Hotchkiss Hall “home.”

Some Favorite Activities:

Hannah loves spending time with family and friends, frequenting coffee shops, finding good places to eat and traveling (especially to Italy). Some of her hobbies include cooking and cycling.

Stephanie moved to Southern California from the sunny state of Florida in 2012.  She came to pursue a Master's degree in Biblical Counseling at The Master's College and loves the college’s commitment to the authority and sufficiency of God's Word. She attends and is a member at Grace Community Church. Stephanie considers it a blessing and a privilege to be able to serve as the Resident Director for the women of C.W. Smith (CDUB). She stands amazed at the power of the Gospel and how the good news of Jesus Christ changes idolaters into worshippers of the true God through Jesus Christ. She calls CDUB the 'city on the hill' and can think of nowhere else she rather be during this season of her life.

Some Favorite Activities:

Stephanie enjoys quality time with family and friends around good food! She also enjoys music, learning about different cultures, reading, walking gardens and things that come in threes.

Chuck Rush - Waldock Hall

Chuck joined the college in 2009 as Resident Director of Waldock dorm. He considers it a blessing to serve and work alongside the Student Life staff, and live life with the young men of Waldock Hall. Chuck is a member of Grace Community Church and has served in various capacities over the past 11 years. His desire is for Waldock to be a dorm that is committed to peer on peer spiritual relationships as they grow in the community of believers at The Master's College. Life in Waldock consists of drinking lots of coffee, eating food, slurpee runs, our annual end of the year celebration, and beach outings!

Siona Savini - Hotchkiss Hall (Men)

Siona is from Carson, California and has been the Resident Director of Hotchkiss Hall since the fall of 2004. Throughout these years of opportunity, he has enjoyed watching the gospel transform students into the image of Christ.  In the fall of 2006, he began to take leadership of the Chapel Band, serving the campus chapels in worship through music.  Siona loves his local church where he serves as the college group worship leader.  His favorite part about Hotchkiss Hall is the vibrant personality the dorm has that fosters academic, spiritual and relational dynamics that are conducive for a well-rounded collegiate experience.

Siona loves his family, his church, Hotchkiss Hall, leading worship with the Chapel Band, global missions, laughing a lot, eating and trying all kinds of different foods, singing, traveling and watching a good movie.

Raqel Currie - Dixon Hall

Raqel was born & raised in Durban, South Africa. She heard about The Master’s College from her pastor and decided to pursue a degree here.  Herplan was to return to South Africa after graduation to work in a local ministry. The Lord changed her plans when she met her husband, Madison Currie, while a student at TMC. Raqel and her husband both have a deep gratitude and love for the college in how it has enriched their lives with the true gospel. What stands out most are the friendships that developed out of their time at the college and the deep rooted truth taught that they have found truly changes lives.

Some Favorite Things:

Raqel loves drinking a good cup of coffee, sharing that experience with friends and trying out new food spots in LA. She is an avid LA Kings fan, loves warm weather and will never turn down a day at the beach especially if there are Acai bowls.

Sergio Arechiga - Commuter Men

Sergio completed the Master's College undergraduate music program in 2015. After returning from a choir tour to the Balkans, he resumed the search for employment and soon began working at a local restaurant. Postings were made public for the position of Commuter Coordinator at his recent alma mater and with no hesitation he applied for the role. Beginning the journey as coordinator three months post graduation, Sergio loves few things more than to serve and lead the commuters in using their relationships and opportunities in this season of life to the best, in awe of God's majesty through His care for their lives.

Marie Cudd - Commuter Women

Marie is from Greenville, South Carolina and graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from Clemson University in May 2012. She worked on staff in college ministry at her church in Clemson, SC from 2012-2015. Although not an alumna of TMC, she was greatly impacted by a small church plant in Wyoming during her undergraduate years. This impact secured the desire to pursue a Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling in the Lord’s timing. The Lord brought Marie to CA in August 2015 and she is incredibly thankful to have the privilege of working in the Student Life Department at TMC. Marie is thrilled to work with the Commuter students at the college, discipling women and helping to create a “commuter culture.” She is a member at Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA.

Some Favorite Things:

Marie enjoys getting to know people deeply through normal life activities. Especially sunset watching, walks, and talks in average places. She is obsessed with her three nephews, Phoenix, Jack and Oliver. She loves a good documentary, the local church, the color gray, and evangelism.
