Joe has been involved at The Master's College in a number of roles, including Director of Campus Ministries, Associate Dean of Students, and Vice President of Student Life. In his years at the College, Joe's love for people and his desire to train students in leadership and love for the Lord have been evident in his direction over the Servant Leadership Staff and the Residence Hall staff. These responsibilities have given him opportunity to participate in the formation of community living and service on the College campus.

Joe enjoys sport, film, gardening, and laughing with his wife Heidi and their four children.

Joined TMC in 2009

Dave and his wife, Tricia, attended TMC in the late 90's where they met and were married shortly after graduating. Dave pursued work for a short while in construction jobs but always felt called back to student ministry at his alma mater. He was a Resident Director of C.W. Smith Dormitory for several years and then left for pastoral ministry in a small church plant with another TMC grad in Florida. Eventually Dave returned to TMC to take the Associate Dean position and is thrilled to lead the team of Resident Directors and Assistants in residence life. His wife, Tricia, is very involved in the Music Department at TMC where she directs the Theatre program and produces the College's largest on-campus outreach event, the Come Christmas Sing concert series

Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, exploring L.A., the outdoors, wood-working and visiting new cities and national parks.

Join TMC in 2004

Karrie joined the college in 2004 serving in Academic Affairs, and transitioned to her current role in Student Life in 2008. She considers it an honor to work with an amazing group of Resident Directors, and to play a role in the discipleship of women on campus. She is a member of Grace Community Church, has spoken at the Women Discipling Women conference, and is a contributing author in the book Women Counseling Women.

Karrie enjoyes kickboxing, thrifting, decorating, cooking, finding the best restaurants in L.A., and city exploring.
