Student Employment and Professional Development

The newly initiated Office of Student Employment and Professional Development (OSEPD) combines the resources and strengths of both the Office of Student Employment and the Office of Career Services to form a vibrant, new department designed to actively engage and support our undergraduate student body in their journey towards professional excellence and success.

Mission

It is the goal of The Master’s College Office of Student Employment and Professional Development (OSEPD) to provide access to meaningful employment opportunities which will challenge our students to develop their skills, character and work ethic while the college takes an active role in equipping our students under meaningful, directed guidance in the effort to lead them to courses of study and professional experience consistent with their God-given talents.

It is our passion to equip students in preparation of a career or life position where they can fulfill God's calling for their lives, and to afford them the professional tools to maximize each opportunity to positively impact their campus, local community and world for our Lord Jesus Christ.
