Sharp Online Tutorial Videos

TMC staff have full access to view Sharp's online video tutorials. You can learn to print to cardstock or other specialty papers via the bypass tray, print double-sided documents, scan to email, change the toner, and other copier essentials.

Canon user manuals are located beneath each Canon Color Copier.

Toner Replacement for Department Copiers: When you receive a low toner message, you will have approximately 500 pages left before the toner runs out. For more toner, please contact the IT Service Desk at 661-362-2876 or servicedesk@masters.edu.

 

Faculty and Staff Copy Center Information

What is the Copy Center:  The Master's College provides two Canon Copiers for departments to print larger or color print jobs.  These copiers are equipped with external saddle stitch finishers for booklet finishing.  The Copy Center is open to all departments on campus.  To access the copiers, you will need to enter your department number.

Copy Center Hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and by special arrangement

Copy Center Location: In the EHC building next to EHC 100. You can enter the copy center through the side door with the porch on Quigley Canyon Road.

Department Copy Center Costs:

  • Please contact IT Operations for all cost per page information.
  • All copies/printouts larger than legal size will count as 2 copies
  • All two-sided copies/printouts count as 2 copies
  • White letter and legal size paper for Copy Center use is provided by TMC.
  • Color and specialty papers must be purchased by individual departments.

Copy Center and Departmental Copier questions should be directed to IT Operations by email at servicedesk@masters.edu or calling 661.362.2876. Please contact IT Operations to report any problems with your department or copy center copier. We will log the issue and contact our copier vendor.

Toner Replacement for the Copy Center: When you receive a low toner message, you will have approximately 600 pages left before the toner runs out. There will be a spare toner for each copier in the copy center. You can replace the toner by following the simple directions on the screen. If you have any questions, please contact the IT Operations servicedesk for assistance. If you replace a toner, please inform IT Operations so that the spare toner can be replenished.

Card Stock, Transparencies and Specialty Papers: When using these types of supplies, it is very important that the paper is designed for laser printer use. Please DO NOT USE INKJET PAPER. It will damage the copier. If you are in doubt, please contact IT Operations. Additionally, you should feed transparencies, cardstock and specialty papers only through the bypass tray . You will need to configure the bypass tray for the appropriate type of paper. You can do this by either pressing Select Paper or by going to Options, Transparency/Coversheets.
