KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The NAIA has announced that 243 men's track & field student-athletes have been named 2012 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes.
Among the 243 was TMC's David Eller (Los Angeles, CA). Eller, who recently made a strong appearance in the 2012 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships, lead the Mustangs by setting a variety of personal and school-records in the 3000m steeplechas during the 2012 campaign.
In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status to qualify for this honor.
