2013: Tough, hard-nosed player is the incumbent at one of two center defender posts, giving opponents something to think about as they approach…possesses excellent size but plays light on his feet, making him a very good one-on-one defender…taking advantage of that size will be very important on the club’s last line of defense…demonstrates leadership by his performance but will be more vocal now that he’s comfortable with his teammates…heads the ball well and displays fine composure.

2012:  Tough, hard-nosed defender started from the opening whistle, appearing in 18 matches and making 17 starts.

Santa Barbara CC:  Played one memorable year for the Vaqueros (18-2-4 overall), who captured the Western States Conference title (12-1-1) and advanced to the State JC Final Four…started 20 games at defender and earned second-team All-WSC honors…named a conference scholar athlete.

San Luis Obispo HS:  A four-year letterman for the Tigers, he was an offensive standout and part of squads that enjoyed great success…tallied 12 goals as a sophomore, earning second-team All-Pac 7 honors…a year later, he repeated as a second-team selection after booting in 10 goals…in his senior year, he paced the Tigers to a 24-2-5 record, the Pac 7 championship, and a second-round appearance in the CIF Southern Section Division 5 playoffs…that, along with scoring 15 goals, earned him a first-team All-Pac 7 nod and Central Coast MVP.
