2011:  Coming off a redshirt season, he's eager to show off his skills as a starting center defender…exceptional speed helps him excel as a one-on-one defender…enjoys mixing it up with opponents…very composed with the ball and possesses good touch…gets the ball up to the midfield…needs to stay healthy and play at a high level.

2009:  Tutored by a veteran crew of defenders he played in six games as a freshman.

Howell HS:  A four-year varsity performer for the Vikings, he twice earned all-conference honors as a defender.
