2010: After sitting out last season, the
hardworking, junior keeper will push for playing time…positions
himself well between the pipes and works well in tight
situations…has goods hands and his air game has improved
dramatically…will be ready when called upon.
2009: Redshirted
2008: Spent the majority of his freshman campaign
watching and learning from All-American Kevin Lawson…played in one
game and shared a shutout with Lawson as the Mustangs blanked
William Jessup 9-0.
Saugus High School: Two-year varsity starter between
the pipes for Coach Seth Groller and the Centurions…led the Cents
to back-to-back Foothill League championships and a pair of CIF
playoff appearances…in 2007 he allowed only eight goals in 10
league matches as the Cents earned a No. 1 ranking during the
regular season before losing in the CIF Southern Section Division
II semi-finals…following the team's postseason run, the junior
goalie earned 2nd-team All-Foothill League and All-Santa Clarita
Valley honors…a year later, the squad enjoyed another top ranking
for a while before falling in the opening round of the
playoffs…capped his prep career in 2008 when he was named a
first-team, all-league selection and an All-SCV choice for the
second year in a row. |
