SANTA CLARITA, Calif. – The Master’s College men’s golf team has a busy fall schedule ahead of them.

On September 8, the Mustangs will open the 2014-15 season in a two-day event at the UC Ferguson Invitational at the Lincoln Park Golf Course in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Two weeks later, the Mustangs will compete in the California State Intercollegiate Classic. The Hemet-based two-day tournament will take place at the Diamond Valley Golf Course beginning on September 22.

Finally, the Mustangs will close its fall slate on November 3 at the CSU San Marcos Fall Classic at the Twin Oaks Golf Course in San Marcos.  The 16th-ranked CSU San Marcos Cougars will host the tournament.

While the Mustangs' spring schedule is still being finalized, fans can look forward to March 2-3 for TMC’s annual home event, the TMC Spring Invitational. The tournament is slated to be played on the greens of Robinson Ranch Golf Course in Santa Clarita.

The Mustangs look to build off a successful 2013-14 season. While the squad graduated four key seniors, head coach Jason Semelsberger has signed another four athletes to add to the two returners.

"With so many seniors graduating last spring, we are eagerly anticipating a new group of freshmen to come into our college golf program in a changing of the guard,” commented Semelsberger. “We have a fun and challenging schedule in the fall to hone our skills and develop talent as we move forward.  I am looking forward to growing together as a unit as we learn together to play for one common goal: God's glory."
