SANTA CLARITA, Calif. – Joining The Master’s College golf team for the 2014-15 athletic season is Sam Eisenhuth of Embarrass, Minnesota.

“I chose The Master's College because I could pursue both of my passions, Jesus and golf.  I know this is a place where I will grow as a golfer, but more importantly, in my relationship with Christ.  I am extremely excited for the mind-blowing classes I will get to attend and also for the opportunity to continue to grow to be more like my Lord and Savior.  TMC offers me that opportunity and that is why I chose to attend college there.”

Eisenhuth is slated to graduate from Shattuck-St. Mary’s late this spring and is expected to make an immediate impact at The Master’s College.IMG_4503_edited-1.jpg

The senior boasts an impressive high school resume, featuring a trio of top-ten finishes in Minnesota’s Class A State Golf Tournament, including a second-place showing in 2012.  He was named to the all-conference team four years in a row and placed second at the Future Collegians World Tour event at the Mission Hills Resort in Rancho Mirage, California in December of 2012.

When asked what he would like to accomplish as a Mustang, Eisenhuth responded by saying, “I want to continue to grow as a golfer and be very competitive, and I want to be part of a national championship team.”

Sensing a call to the ministry, Eisenhuth plans to major in Biblical Studies.

Eisenhuth’s signing is a timely one looking ahead to 2014-15 season, with the Mustangs graduating four key seniors this year.
