2015:  Arguably, the club’s most versatile player will get to demonstrate that characteristic on a regular basis, playing multiple positions in the infield and outfield as a plus-plus defender, and closing when necessary…loves having the ball in late-game situations…has excellent command and movement on a trio of pitches…hits to all fields and needs to produce in the lower part of the order.

2014: Won the first base job coming out of training camp and made 15 starts there…in his second start, he rapped out a season-high four hits vs. Simpson on 1/18/14 and drove in four runs, a mark he equaled against La Sierra on 4/1/14…started 15 more games in the outfield…had six games with two or more hits and five multi-rbi outings…committed just three errors in 173 chances…posted 10 or more putouts five times, including a season-best 13 vs. Biola on 1/24/14.

L.A. Mission College:  A two-year performer for the Eagles and Coach Joe Cascione, he started at shortstop his freshman year and then took over in center field the following season…in his first collegiate season, he hit .268, swiped a team-high six bases, and led the squad with 105 assists on the way to Western State South Conference Gold Glove accolades…a year later, he hit a solid .296 and drove in 15 runs as a sophomore, and was even better in conference play, hitting .369 and posting a .554 slugging percentage en route to second-team all-conference honors.

Hart HS:  Played two years of varsity ball for the Indians and Coach Jim Ozella, earning the starting job at third base as a junior and then moving to center field for his final prep season.
