2014:  Has the stuff, mental make-up, and experience to earn the closer role in his first year on the team…knows how to pitch and loves having the ball in late-game situations…has excellent command and movement on a trio of pitches…when he’s not on the mound, he’ll be the starter at first base.

L.A. Mission College:  A two-year performer for the Eagles and Coach Joe Cascione, he started at shortstop his freshman year and then took over in center field the following season…in his first collegiate season, he hit .268, swiped a team-high six bases, and led the squad with 105 assists on the way to Western State South Conference Gold Glove accolades…a year later, he hit a solid .296 and drove in 15 runs as a sophomore, and was even better in conference play, hitting .369 and posting a .554 slugging percentage en route to second-team all-conference honors.

Hart HS:  Played two years of varsity ball for the Indians and Coach Jim Ozella, earning the starting job at third base as a junior and then moving to center field for his final prep season.
