2013: Knowing what it’s like to start or come out of the bullpen, the crafty lefthander will have opportunities to do both again during his senior year depending on matchups…in either role, much is expected of him…the key to his success is hitting the corners and staying down in the zone…very savvy, he has three steady pitches…likes to work quickly.

2012: Became a full-fledged starter in his junior year, tying for third with 10 starts and five wins…won his first start of the season on 2/8/12 when he went four innings and gave up no earned runs in a 17-5 whipping of Claremont…beat Westmont 3-1 on 3/31/12 for his fourth victory, going a season-high-tying six innings and giving up just one earned run…nearly duplicated that on 4/12/12 vs. Vanguard, allowing one earned run and five hits through six frames for his fifth win…posted two saves and now has seven for his career, the third-best mark in program history.

2011: Split his time evenly between the bullpen and a starter’s role, making 10 total appearances…his best start of the year came against Westmont on 4/2/11 when he gave up four hits over four scoreless frames.

2010: First-year southpaw made a team-high 18 appearances, all of them out of the bullpen, where he established himself as the club’s closer…notched four saves, the third-highest, single-season total in program history, and two wins…his first collegiate save came against San Diego Christian on 2/25/10…hurled 2.2 innings of scoreless relief vs. Westmont on 4/8/10 to pick up his first collegiate win…averaged just one walk per six innings of work.
