2009-10: Begins her first collegiate season as the back-up at the point where she has the opportunity to learn from one of the best…has already shown the ability to handle the ball and dictate tempo…her defensive game is more advanced with terrific on-ball skills and a feistiness that displays itself in challenging opponents and really getting after the ball…very bright, she is adjusting quickly to all the nuances of the next level.
Dayton Christian HS: A four-year varsity starter at the point for Coach Thomas Baugh…paced the Warriors to the Metro Buckeye League championship in her freshman year…a year later, she led the league in scoring (389 pts.) and was honored with District 15 and all-league, first-team selections…in 2007-08, she repeated those accolades after scoring at an 18.3ppg clip while grabbing 109 rebounds and making 93 steals…capped off a dazzling prep career in 2008-09 by averaging 18.5ppg and becoming the school’s all-time leading scorer with 1,320 points…awarded all-district and all-league kudos for the third consecutive year and added second-team all-area…a recipient of the school’s Shield Award for leadership and godly character in the classroom on and off the court.
