Capping a marvelous freshman campaign at The Master’s College, Annie Gillespie (Fresno, CA) has been named to the 2007 NAIA Division I Women’s Basketball All-American team.

Gillespie, an honorable mention selection, came on strong over the second half of the season, living up to high expectations. In 28 games, she averaged 14.1 ppg and led the Mustangs in field goal percentage (48.4%), free throws made (103), free throw percentage (81.7%), and offensive rebounds (60). She scored in double figures 23 times and notched a trio of double-doubles.
