The Master’s Chorale, a 50-member choir, is a music ministry of The Master’s College. The students represent 30 states, many foreign countries, and 45 areas of study. The repertoire is composed of music from every major stylistic period. The Master’s College Chorale represents The Master’s College (TMC) as its premier choral ensemble, performing more than 30 concerts and worship services each year. The Chorale has had many opportunities both in the U.S. and abroad, touring all the major regions of the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain and Israel as guests of the Israeli Ministry of Tourism every four years since 1993. The Chorale has recorded for Six Flags Theme Parks, Bob Krogstad, Don Marsh, and Phil Barfoot, as well as several albums for David T. Clydesdale and Word Publication. The Chorale has participated for several years premiering musical works for various composers at MusiCalifornia and Hal Leonard Publishing. They have recorded a series of hymn-story books with CD, featuring John MacArthur, Joni Eareckson Tada, and Robert and Bobbie Wolgumuth. They recorded for Fred Bock Music and Pavane Publishing and were invited to sing for National Association of Church Musicians (formerly known as The Choral Conductors Guild). Their most recent recording is Light All Around, a Ligonier Ministries premier project commended in World Magazine. |
